Reservations
When making reservations please
give us a call (248) 855-0474 two
weeks in advance so that we can
most effectively meet your needs.
If you want to schedule a package
on a Saturday, please allow 2 months
prior to your desired
date. Upon making an appointment
client should be prepared to provide
credit card details to secure the
appointment; your card will not
be charged unless there is a failure
to cancel your appointment according
our cancellation policy. To reserve
a party for three or more people,
please contact our Spa Director.

without notice. In certain instances,
our fee schedule may change before

booking your appointment.

Professional
Ethics
For your convenience we provide
male or female massage therapists.
If at any time you wish to try or
change to a different operator please
feel free to do so. Our staff wants
you to feel comfortable and encourages
you to try different operators to
most effectively meet your needs.
We recommend that you schedule your
next facial, massage, etc. prior
to leaving the spa. We will call
to remind you two or three days
prior to your appointment.
Lunch
A
spa
lunch
is
provided
with
many
of
our
packages.
We
offer
a
variety
of
salads,
sandwiches,
fresh
juices.
If
your
services
do
not
include
lunch,
it
can
be
added
to
your
schedule
at
an
additional
charge
of
$15.00.
Series
of
Treatments
A
series
of
treatments
on
any
service
in
the
spa
is
offered
to
you
at
a
substantial
savings.
All
series
must
be
prepaid
in
a
single
payment.
You
will
be
issued
a
series
card
which
must
be
presented
at
the
time
of
service.
Series
are
valid
for
one
year
and
are
non-refundable
and
non-transferable.
Cancellation
Spa
services
are
very
popular.
If
you
cannot
make
your
appointment,
please
call
24-hours
before
your
single
service
and
48
hours
for
multiple
services
or
packages.
Failure
to
do
so
will
result
in
a
100%
charge
for
reserved
services.
To
prevent
from
being
fully
charged
please
adhere
to
our
cancellation
policy.
This
also
applies
to
no
shows.
Punctuality
Being
on
time
is
greatly
appreciated
so
that
you
may
receive
your
full
services
and
our
other
clients
are
not
inconvenienced.
You
can
wind
down,
slip
into
a
robe,
and
start
your
treatment
relaxed
and
on
time.
Prior
to
any
services
please
inform
us
about
any
special
medical
conditions,
allergies,
or
medication
that
you
are
taking.
Checking
out
When
leaving
Tamara's,
please
stop
at
the
reception
desk
to
settle
your
account.
Charges
may
be
settled
with
credit
card,
cash,
check,
or
gift
certificate.
Please
present
your
gift
certificate
to
the
receptionists
before
your
services
begin.
Gratuity
At
your
discretion,
Tamara's
personnel
appreciates
gratuity.
A
gratuity
box
and
individual
gratuity
envelopes
are
located
at
the
front
reception
desk.
The
industry
average
ranges
from
10-20%
of
the
service
fees.
We
regret
that
we
are
unable
to
add
a
gratuity
to
your
credit
card.
However
we
are
happy
to
cash
a
personal
check
for
you.
Products
We
invite
you
to
try
our
specialty
line
of
skin
essentials,
cosmetics,
and
more.
Consult
a
spa
specialist
for
assistance
when
purchasing
products.
Our
products
are
never
tested
on
animals.
If
you
are
dissatisfied
with
your
product/purchase
a
spa
credit
will
be
issued.

purchase
can
be
returned
as
long
as
it
is
unused,
accompanied
by
a
receipt
and
within
7
days
from
the
purchase
and
a
credit
will
be
issued
-
no
refunds.
Sanitation
In
keeping
with
our
firm
commitment
to
cleanliness,
safety
and
hygiene,
we
use
only
sterilized
and
sanitized
equipment
for
all
services
and
treatment.
All
out
of
spa
services
that
are
performed
at
your
home
or
wherever
you
desire
will
have
an
additional
30%
added
to
the
regular
price
of
your
selected
service/s
and
must
be
prepaid.
Our
receptionists
are
available
to
set
up
that
appointment
with
you.
Tamara
Spa is
adjacent
to
a
full
service
Hair
Salon.
If
you
would
like
to
make
an
appointment
to
have
your
hair
done,
please
call
Raji
Salon
at

Personal
Belongings
Valuables
should

brought

the
facility,

Tamara's
is

responsible
for
lost
or
stolen
articles.
We
do
provide
robes
for
you
to
use,
however,
you
are
more
than
welcome
to
bring
your
own
if
you
think
our
sizes
may
not
fit
you
or
you
would
be
more
comfortable
in
your
own.
Do
not
forget
to
bring
sandals
if
you
are
getting
a
pedicure.

Payment
A credit card is required to hold any appointments and pre-payments are required for two or more people or Saturdays.
Gift
certificates
must
be
presented
in
order

receive
your
services.
Our
gift
certificates
are
valid
one
year
from
the
date

purchase.

order
to
redeem
your
expired
gift
certificates
we
charge
an
additional
20%.
All
certificates over
three
years
old
are
not
valid.
If
you
use
a
series
or
balance
card
you
must
have
it
with
you
at
the
time
of
your
service.
We
cannot
be
held
responsible
for
lost
or
stolen
gift
certificates.
No refunds. We

not
keep
a
record
of
the
gift
certificates,
series

balance

There
will
be
a
charge
of
$25
for
any
check
issued
to
Tamara
Spa
that
is
not
honored.
There
are
no
substitutions
of
services

Tamara

Beauty

A
50%
advance
deposit
is
required
which

non-refundable
if
appointment
is
not
cancelled
at
least

hours
in
advance
and
this
applies
also
for

no-shows.
